ROBERT THOMPSON
Age 22, single, residence Huntington. Parents same. Entered service of the C&E as extra brakeman March 23, 1891. Work on freight very unsatisfactory and transferred to passenger service as brakeman on 9 & 10, Sept. 2nd, 1892. Promoted to train baggage agent, trains 9&10, May 1st, 1895. Gave up baggage run on his own accord to take position of brakeman on through passenger trains April 12th, 1897. On March 24th, 1902, got his left foot caught on west switch at Winfield and had it cut off.
