Age 37, married, 2 children. Resides in Huntington, Ind. In case of injury notify father, Isaac Beyea, Gilman, Ill. and brother, William Beyea, Rosalind, Cook County, Ill. Formerly employed from 1883 to 1887 as brakeman and freight conductor. Left to go in business with his father. Enters service of the C&E as brakeman, April 8th, 1893.

Pulled off to reduce the force, April 25th, 1893. Reemployed Sept. 22nd, 1893. Discharged Feb. 7, 1894 to reduce the force.
