Age 22 years, residence Deerport, Orange, NY. Notify James Gatley at North Baltimore in case of accident. Entered C&E service Sept. 3, 1891 as switchman. Transferred to Western Division as brakeman, Oct. 25, 1891.

Suspended 7 days for refusing to come out of Hammond with an engine pilot on tank, June 24, 1892. Suspended 7 days for damage to C&WI switch at 57th Street, March 8th, 1893. Suspended 7 days for not being on top of his train (2nd 84) approaching North Judson, March 25th, 1893, resulted in train striking 1st 84.

Resigned Aug. 22, 1893.
