Aged 26, married, family resides Arcola, Ind. In case of injury, notify wife, father Charles F. Braithwait, Ft. Wayne, Ind. Entered service of the C&E as extra brakeman Mar. 10th, 1898. Discharged to reduce the force July 8th, 1898. Reemployed Oct. 19th, 1898. Assigned to duty as extra passenger brakeman March 25, 1903. Assigned to position of regular passenger brakeman June 14th, 1903. Surrendered all passenger rights on Feb. 3, 1905, desiring to work freights.
