Discharged to reduce the force, June 19th, 1899. Reemployed July 25th, 1899. Dismissed May 11th, 1900 to reduce the force. Reemployed at 12:40 p.m., June 4th, 1900. Dropped from the service May 4th, 1903 on account of long continued absence and going into other business.
