W. SLUSSER
Suspended 10 days June 3rd, 1889 for breaking in two 3 miles east of Wilders on May 28, 1889 and not discovering it until he got to Kouts. Suspended 10 days with Engineer Pattison for pulling through Kenton Yard after being flagged, breaking W.T.L. car 5475 on Nov. 15th, 1889. See 176 No. 464.
