Age 25, married, no children. Resides at 132 Clinton St., Hammond, Ind. In case of injury, notify wife at above address. Entered the service as switchman, Hammond Yard, Nov. 2, 1898. Promoted to yard conductor, March 6th, 1899. Resigned April 25th, 1900 to go to New Mexico.

Reemployed as switchman at Hammond, Oct. 18th, 1900. Promoted to yard conductor Jan. 9th, 1901.
