At meeting held January 12, 1926 in Buffalo, NY, the five elected chairmen constituting the System Board met and organized for the coming year. At that meeting E.E. Seise was elected to guide the affairs of the Association in its dealings with the management. Mr. Seise, Secretary of the System Board for year 1925, was unanimously elected to the chairmanship as an appreciation for past services rendered and his capable qualities.
