IGI C04014-2 lists the baptismal date, the father's name, & the mother's given name: John and Sylvia Brooks.

But the only marriage of a John Brooks and a Sylvia at Dudley St Thomas in the right timeframe was to Sylvia Dunn in January 1803, when Mary would have been 14. So she may have been the child of a previous marriage.

The date of the baptism suggests it was in preparation for her wedding on the day after.
