Tracie Andrews, who was jailed for life last year for the murder of her fiancé, Lee Harvey, has been granted leave to appeal against her conviction, West Mercia police said. She had claimed that he had been the victim of a road rage attack after they were chased by another car in July. She was found holding Mr Harvey as he lay dying on the roadside in Bromsgrove, Hereford and Worcester.
