Bond of John Van Haesdonck, of London, on 2,000l, to Henry Lord Mowbray and Maltravers, Francis Lord Dunsmore, Henry Lord Newark, and Arthur Lord Capell, conditioned in the due performance of the covenants specified in the articles annexed.

Annexed: Articles of agreement between Henry Lord Mowbray and Maltravers, Francis Lord Dunsmore, Henry Lord Newark, and Arthur Lord Capell on behalf of the King and John Van Haesdonck, by which the said John undertakes to deliver at the Haven or Castle of Tynemouth, to such persons as the King shall appoint to received them, 3,000 muskets at 24s a-piece, 2,000 pairs of pistols at 56s a pair, 3,000 sword blades at 8s a-piece, 1,000 carbines with fire-locks at 32s a-piece, the whole price of the four sums aforesaid amounting to 12,000l; also 20 tons of match and 1,000 hand-grenades at current prices. The goods to be paid for on delivery; and, if not, the said John to be at liberty to sell the same to any persons not being in rebellion against his Majesty, and to be indemnified for any loss by carriage, &c. by his Majesty or the above-bounden Henry Lord Mowbray and Maltravers, &c.
