If William Davis is genuinely a nephew to Joseph Davis, then Joseph had siblings, which I have not yet found. A search for Davies in the 1841 census of Rowley Regis does not find William.
Nor can I suggest which child of Joseph and Elizabeth Davis is the parent of Sarah Davis.
