This is a curious entry: there is no head of the household.
The head of the household was probably Edward Beavin sr.
The 1881 census of Stert Mill (RG11/2041 f83 p6) lists Edward Beavin as the son, and Annie Brown as the stepdaughter, of Edward Beavin. Edward Beaven sr married twice, firstly to Harriet Wiltshire (4th qtr 1855 Devizes RD) who was probably mother of the Charles Wiltshire who was living next door to Mill House in 1891; and secondly to his cousin Elizabeth Anna Brown née Beaven (2nd qtr 1870 Devizes RD), who was the mother of Annie Jane Brown.
William Snook is the son of Edward Beavin sr's sister Elizabeth Snook née Beavin.
Mary Stevens was the mother of Joseph John Stevens.
Joseph John Stevens and Annie Jane Brown married 2nd qtr 1891 Devizes RD.
