*spouse: >Cooley, Keziah (1702 - <1745)! SOURCE: "Mayflower Families Through Five Generations", by: Lucy Kellogg Submitted by: Steve Barrett In the settlement of the estate of Philip's father Capt Philip Goss, Keziah Goss and her husband Zachariah Haskell gave up rights to her grandfather Philip Goss' property. This clears up some of the errors and confusion resulting from the multiplicity of Philip Gosses. An inventory of the estate of Philip Goss of Brookfield was made 17 Sep 1742. The bond on Philip Goss is dated 4 Feb 1745 to administer his father's estate "which was formerly committed to his widow now deceased." The settlement on 4 Mar 1745/6 orders Philip Goss, eldest son, to pay his brothers and sisters as follows: Thomas Haskell for wife Hanna; Zachariah Haskell for wife Keziah, Thomas Goss, minor, and Judith Goss, minor.
