9/10/1717 CR49-521,1739-1743,Page 469-471 John (Ridle) Riddle Prince George's County, Maryland petition agent of management of Land Affairs within Province of Maryland paid fee for 50A of land called Poplar Thickett. 
Hugh Riley had already been granted 100A the Original Poplar Thickett under New Rent by Sundry Median Conveyances Alienation & Mutations of Possession Act. This petition was sent to London.

12/15/1738 London still had John Riddle's petition on file & his fee. They resurveyed & found vacant land. John Riddle & his heirs was given 5/17/1745 63 1/2A The Addition to Poplar Thickett & additional land.
NOTE SON JOHN JR OWNED THIS PROPERTY UNTIL HIS DEATH 1794. 
SON ZACHARIAH (my greatgrand-father) ADMINISTRATOR SOLD THIS PROPERTY IN 1795.

Note Hugh Riley was given 100A Poplar Thickett under The New Rent Act.
10/8/1716 Hugh Riley & wife Rebecca sold 100ACRES of Poplar Thickett to John Prather 
Jr. & Thomas Prather.Property North end of Frierndship Mannor of Calverton.
Index 55,Drawer 39 9/10/1717,John Riddle bought from John Prother 50ACRES part of Poplar Thickett. 

John B.1680's now owns 2 tracts of land. 63 1/2A 
The Addition to Poplar Thickett & 50A Poplar Thickett.

Note John Jr owned both tracts of this land & son Zachariah administrator sold both 
tracts on 8/9/1796 to John Thompson.

Note 6/19/1821 gr-son Jacob bg part of Poplar Thickett.

1795 Zachariah of Loudoun Co.Va. Commission Under Act of Direct Defency by the court to undo will. The gr-children got their part of their gr-father's estate 

Supposed to be available !!!! of bonds, wills, deeds,& etc.
