1.  RICHARD¹ BROWN**** was born Bet. 1614 - 1620 in Virginia??   (need  correct dates), and died Bef. February 22, 1701/02 in St.Mary's County, Maryland.  He married UNKNOWN****.  She was born in St.Mary's County, Maryland   (Catholic), and died in St.Mary's County,Maryland.

2.  DERRICK² BROWN**** (RICHARD¹) was born Abt. 1631 in St.Mary's County, Maryland   (Catholic) (need correct dates), and died in St.Mary's County, Maryland.  He married UNKNOWN**** Abt. 1649 in St. Mary;s County,Maryland???.  She was born Abt. 1631 in St.Mary's County, Maryland, and died in St.Mary's County,Maryland   (Catholic).

 

Notes for DERRICK BROWN****:

Derrick was  planter and gave age as 70 in a disposition in 1721,  This also could be a mistake.

He is somehow related to the Bright family because of dispersements in their will.

Listed as brother-in-law to WILIAM LANGHAM in his will of 1717.

He is also listed as a witness on the will of RICHARD WALKER in 1717.

3.  PETER³ BROWN**** (DERRICK², RICHARD¹) was born Abt. 1650 in St.Mary's County,Maryland, and died Bef. October 03, 1758 in St.Mary's County,Maryland.  He married UNKNOWN**** Abt. 1679.  She was born Abt. 1664 in St.Mary's County,Maryland, and died in St.Mary's County,Maryland.

 

Notes for PETER BROWN****:

Peter witnessed a will for Richard Walker in 1717.

On October 7,1732,Peter brown obtained a patent for 222 acres of land.

His will probated on October 3,1758.

He left his son, James Brown "all my rights and title " to the plantation.

He possibily had another daughter that married John Cissell.

John was deceased by October 2,1722,in St. Clements Bay,Maryland.

Mary Brown's grandchildren were left legacy from her brother, James Brown,in St. Mary's County,Maryland.

Nickolas was called next of Kin in the will of Christopher Browne's will and inventory.

He wrote his will on February 19,1767,and Probated on September 12,1770.
