2.  WILLIAM² GOLDING (THOMAS¹) was born June 15, 1817 in Hamilton County,Ohio, and died 1865 in Blockton,Taylor County,Iowa.  He married LYDIA STEPHENS September 25, 1835 in Shelby County,Indiana  (married by John Golding,Justice of Peace)  (got marriage license on September 18,1835), daughter of JAMES STEPHENS***** and MARY STULL****.  She was born June 18, 1817 in Greene County,Pennsylvania, and died March 29, 1885 in Blockton,Taylor County,Iowa  (Bedford Cemetery).
