Apart from the 5 gravestones, some cast iron numbers, and a pile of stones, very little exists today. However, as was mentioned in the Newtownabbey Times article, the baptismal font from the church now lives in Abbey Presbyterian Church, in Monkstown. Measuring about 24" cubed, it is an imposing item, and must weigh well over 1000kgs. It currently lives in the main hall of Abbey Presbyterian Church, Monkstown.
Abbey Presbyterian church also have one of the old church's stones as it's foundation stone.
