This page has a number of statistics and observations taken from the burial register.

Observations

	The vast majority of married women have the occupation of 'housewife'. Only 10 married women are listed as having employment.
	From the 289 deaths, 161 were adults, 123 were children.
	Of the 161 adults only 3 had 'professional' jobs: an insurance agent (entry 269), a harbour master (entry 315), and a clerk (entry 412)
	The most common occupation was 'Housewife', followed by 'Labourer', then 'Millworker'
	From 1930, the cause of death noted becomes much more technical, with full medical descriptions given. Prior to that, the cause of death could be anything. The strangest cause of death is 'teething' (entry 133). Children are often listed as being 'Delicate from Birth', including one 13 year old girl where this is listed as cause of death (entry 262).

The average age of death of all entries is 37.1 years. Broken down into approximately equal number of people:
