Ron’s Bul Go Gi ( Korean style)

1 lb beef

4 tbs sugar

2 tbs sesame oil

6 tbs soy sauce

1 green onion, chopped with tops

1 clove garlic chopped

4 tbs prepared sesame seed

1 tbs flour

cut beef into thin, 3 inch squares, add sugar and oil and mix. combine soy sauce pepper, onion, garlic sesame seed and flour. add to meet, mix well and marinate overnight in refrigerator. broil meat over charcoal fire or cook under broiler or fry in small amount of oil until tender.

if frying cover tightly after all pieces are well browned.

add small amount of water and steam until tender.

to prepare sesame seeds

put seed in heavy skillet and brown slowly stirring constantly until seeds are brown and rounded. remove at once from heat and skillet. add salt and mash seeds in small bowl until pulverized. you can also crush with rolling pin.

Ron’s Tater tots

Tater tot casserole, good for tots.........!!!

in baking dish place hamburger meat and bake until done. drain off liquid. add creme of mushroom soup,placing on top of hamburger. top this with tater tots, bake 350 degrees until golden brown. turn off oven, sprinkle with shredded cheese, return to oven and warm until cheese is melted. very good.

Tiffany’s Favorite Hash

combine hamburger and sausage, fry and drain.

mix with instant rice.

cover with cheese slices and bake until cheese is melted.

amounts vary due to servings needed.....

You can also add brocilli with rice, and top with cheese, with or without the meat.

 


Ron’s orange Pork Steak Delights

fry pork steaks in orange juice about 1/2 cup and orange slices, peeled, low simmer for 1- 1/2 hours.

mix tereyaki marinade to taste.

sprinkle with garlic salt.

as left overs_ shred and add bbq sauce, simmer, making bbq sandwiches.

Ronnies Breakfast Dinner

scramble eggs, adding sausage crumbeled or hamburger crumbeled and cooked.

spoon generously on floured tortillias, roll, and serve.

you can also add shredded cheese.

 


Ronnie’s Steak Casserole

cut round steak into slim strips. cook with 1/2 cup water and 2 cubes beef bullion. cook on low for 1 - 1/2 hours until meat is very tender and will cut with a fork add more water and bullion if necessary.

add 2 pkgs brown gravey mix -add water according to directions.

pour gravey over top of meat.

add steamed brocilli on top ( according to amount needed for servings)

add 1 cup of cooked rice, and 1 can water chesnuts..... simmer for a few mins and eat.... very good. left overs make very good open faced sandwiches.

 


Bul Kogi short ribs

5 lbs beef short ribs

1/4 cup sesame seed, chrushed and toasted

1 tsp salt

2 cups soy sauce

1/4 cup oil

2 cloves chrushed garlic

1 cup green onions, tops included finely chopped

1 tsp sesame oil

1 cup sugar

place short ribs in bowl, add garlic, sesame seeds green onion, pepper sesame oil, soy sauce sugar and oil and toss to cover meat well. cover and let stand at room temp for 2 hours. bbq over coals turning and basting often with liquid miarinade until meat is tender. delicious.
