This
branch of the family is from Stjordal, Nord Trondelag, Norway. The Fasteraunets
and Vinges
(AKA Vinnan) lived near Skatval, and my great-grandparents (Jon Johansen
Fasteraunet and Sophia Olsdatter Vinge) departed Norway on the ship Tasso
on April 14th 1880 and settled in Red
Wing, MN . Other Fasteraunets (Johnsons, Ottesons) settled in Eau Claire,
WI by 1900.
