Patrick and his brothers Christopher and James (Hugh?) came from Ireland to New York most likely in the early 1840's. Pat went on to Wisconsin. He was a homestead farmer in Erin, Wisconsin prior to 1850. The whole family moved with spouses to various townships near Good Thunder in Blue Earth County, Minnesota around 1870.
