The Docket does not always contain complete information as with William and Nellie's record in which Nellie's birth date is recorded only as August. The Docket entry for William and Nellie reads:

NOTES: William was the grandson of Robert McAdams, Co. D, 63rd Pennsylvania Volunteers. William and Nellie had four sons: Robert D. [March 1899 - November 19, 1901], premature twins Henry Richard [April 13, 1900 - June 13, 1900] and William J. McAdams, Jr. [June 16, 1900] and William G.
[February 19, 1903 - August 13, 1975] who married Frances J. Magill. William, Nellie and the twins are buried in Section 9-2 Lot 220 of Homewood Cemetery in Pittsburgh.
