Another of Wayne county's pioneer residents, Mrs. Margaret Ellen Berry, aged 91 years died at 4 o'clock Saturday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Albert E. Foster, 215 North Seventeenth Street. The infirmities incident to old age, cause her death.
Mrs. Berry was the last of a family of 12 children. She was born at Centerville and was the daughter of Dr. David and Martha Millikin Sackett.
She has been a member of the Baptist church for 45 years.
She leaves two sons, W.W. Connor of Windfall, Ind., and Frank M. Connor of this city; four daughters, Mrs. A.J.Shaffer, Mrs. W.R. Berry, Logansport; Mrs. Mary C. Sullivan and Mrs. Albert Foster; 10 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
The funeral will be held from the home of Mrs. Foster at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon with the Rev. Mr. Leazer officiating. Interment will be in Earlham cemetery. Friends may call at any time. (one thing wrong, she was the 11th child of David and Martha)

Mrs. Berry was born in Centerville and had been a resident of Richmond and Wayne county the greater part of her life. She was the daughter of Dr.David and Martha Millikin Sackett, pioneer residents of Wayne count and was the last of a family of 12 children.
She is survived by six children-Mrs. A.J. Shaffer, Mrs. W.R.Berry, Logansport; W.W. Connor of Windfall; Mrs. Mary C. Sullivan; Mrs. Albert Foster and Frank M. Conner, of this city. Besides her children she leaves 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Mrs. Berry had been a member of the Baptist church for 45 years.
Funeral services will be conducted from the home of Albert Foster Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Burial will be in Earlham. The Rev. R.W. Leazer, of the First Baptist Church, will officiate. Friends may call Sunday afternoon and evening.

FRANK M. CONNER ATTORNEY, IS DEAD
Frank M. Conner, 67 years old, attorney-at-law and former justice of the peace, died at his home, 317 North Eighteenth Street Tuesday morning after a long illness. Death was due to cancer. Mr. Conner was born in Green's Fork, IN 1858. At an early age he removed with his parents to Cass county, where he grew to manhood. He received his education in the schools of Cass county and at the Indiana State Normal school at Terre Haute.
For several years Mr. Conner taught school in both Cass and Wayne counties.
He came to Richmond in 1888 and 1891 began the study of law with the firm of Jackson and Starr. After completing his studies he was admitted to the Wayne county bar and for several years was actively engaged in the practice of law.
He served as justice of the peace for several years. Mr. Conner was not married. He is survived by one brother, W.W. Conner of Hemlock; and three sisters; Mrs. W.R. Berry and Mrs. A.J. Shaffer of Logansport and Mrs. Albert E. Foster of this city.+ 4621 F vi Lillian Conner-12865
