Snead v. Coleman

Executor may bind himself personally to pay the debt of his testator. Action of Debt may be brought upon Note, and in such action it need not be averred or proved that there was any consideration for the note. Executor, Who Means to Limit his Liability to pay his testator's debts, should add the words "as executor out of the estate of" testator. Clerical Error in making up Record in lower court should be corrected in that court upon motion, and not by appeal to the higher court.
