It should be noted that this data comes from many sources. Juanita Arnold has done far more research on this line than I and she has many excellent sources to document this line.
The data in this file is a combination of several resources. I have only been able to prove through my own research that Elizabeth Bowling Voyles is the daughter of James Thomas Bowlin and Anne Nancy Ellicock. [Could her surname be Alcot? Juanita questions this as they name a daughter Alcot as middle name]
There is a marriage record for this couple and the will of James lists Betsy Voyles as a daughter.   STB = said to be   Also, please note this area of the country was part of Virginia at the time these folks lived and died. West Virginia did not become a state until 1863.
