RE-ENLISTMENT OF THE 3D O.V.C. 
    By a dispatch from Nashville, dated the 15th inst., received from Captain H.C. Miner, we learn that the 3d Ohio Cavalry has re-enlisted as veterans, and by this time is on its way home. The number re-enlisted approximates to 500. Shoud the reg, come to Toledo we will, undoubtedly be advised of the fact. We are assured that our citizens will be only too glad to give them a cordial and worthy reception, if they receive due notice of their arrival.
