Anna was born at
York Co., Pennsylvania, on 27 August 1853. She was the daughter of
Daniel Dellinger and
Eliza Greenawalt. Anna Mary Dellinger married
Samuel Neff. Anna Mary Dellinger died on 4 January 1934 at
Springgarden Twp., York Co., Pennsylvania, at age 80. She was New Tag Obituary from a 5 January 1934 York Co., Pennsylvania newspaper:
"Mrs. Anna Mary Neff
Mrs. Anna Mary Neff, widow of the late Samuel Neff, died at 8 a.m. yesterday at the residence of her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Charles F. Neff, Green street, extended, Spring Garden township. She was eighty years, four months and seven days old. Death was caused by a complication of diseases and followed an illness of several years.
Besides the son, with whom she had resided for several years, the following brothers and sisters survive: David Dellinger, Lower Windsor township; Samuel Dellinger, Lebanon; George Dellinger, Mrs. Alice Crumbling and Miss Sue Dellinger, Yorkana; Mrs. Louisa Poff, Wrightsville, and Mrs. Albert Spyker, Red Lion. Mrs. Neff was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Dellinger.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 1:30 o'clock at the funeral home of Purd A. Reidel, Dallastown, with further services in the Mt. Zion church. Rev. C.F. Jacobs, pastor of the Emanuel Lutheran church, will officiate. Interment will be made in the cemetery adjoining the church."
