Donald Birchard Dellinger was born on 13 April 1912 at

Paul E. Dellinger and
Carrie Malverna Hannigan. He married
Dorcas Haines at

Donald B. Dellinger, 70, of 26 S. Rockburn St. died Sunday at Barley Convalescent Home, 2618 E. Market St.
He was the husband of Dorcas Haines Dellinger.
Mr. Dellinger was born in East Prospect. He was the son of Paul E. and Carrie Hanigan Dellinger.
He was the former owner and operator of East Prospect Cigar Co. He retired in 1969 from the former York County Gas Co. Mr. Dellinger was a former violinist with the York Symphony Orchestra.
He was a member of Advent Lutheran Church and the men's Sunday school class, a life member of Zerdatha Lodge 451, F&A.M. and a member of York Forest 30, Tall Cedars of Lebanon.
Survivors include:
Twos sons - Donald B. Dellinger, Jr., 830 Cortleigh Drvie, and Dr. David H. Dellinger, 356 Old Garden Lane.
Five grandchildren.
Two brothers - Chester E. Dellinger, 400 Edgehill Road, and Paul H. Dellinger, Lemon Street.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Advent Lutheran Church, 1775 E. Market St. The Rev. Dr. Frank H. Seilhamer, his pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Canadochly Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Society, 1545 N. Queen St., or a favority charity.
