"Mrs. Elizabeth Butcher
Word was received here on Friday night of the death in Birmingham, O., of Mrs. Elizabeth Butcher, widow of Henry Butcher, formerly of York. Mrs. Butcher was eighty-two years old. She died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Edith Clary, with whom she resided. The funeral will be held on Tuesday at Birmingham. Mrs. Butcher was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Dellinger of near Mt. Pisgah. She is survived by two sons and a daughter, and the following sisters: Mrs. George Hiedelbaugh, Mrs. John Gnau and Mrs. Norman Frey, all of York and Mrs. John Billet and Mrs. David Murray, both of Wrightsville."

Mrs. Elizabeth Butches, widow of Henry Butcher, a former resident of this place, died at her home in Birmingham, Ohio, Friday from infirmities due to old age. She was 82 years old and was a daughter of the late John and Leah Dellinger, this place. She leaves five sisters, Mrs. Ida Murray and Mrs. John W. Billet, residing here, and Mrs. George Heidelbaugh, Mrs. Norman Frey and Mrs. Amanda Gnau, all of York. The funeral services were held today at her home. Her sister, Mrs. George Heidelbaugh, York, was the only one from this section to attend the funeral."
