Franklin Benjamin "Frank" Dellinger was born in March 1885 at
York Co., Pennsylvania. He was the son of
Joseph Michael Dellinger and
Annie M. Barshinger. Franklin Benjamin "Frank" Dellinger married
Emma Jane Roth, daughter of
John Roth and
Ellen Mary Darone, on 18 April 1904 at
York Co., Pennsylvania; From an article in a April 25th 1956 York newspaper:
"Wed 52 Years
Wrightsville - Mr. and Mrs. Frank Dellinger, near here, observed their 52nd wedding anniversary April 18.
They are the parents of six children, Mrs. Harvey Keller, Highmount; Mrs. Martha Scanlon, Wrightsville; Mrs. Laura Poole, Westminster, Md; Mrs. John Englert, York; Mrs. William Stauffer, Hallam, and Harry Dellinger, Columbia.
Mr. Dellinger is a retired employe of the State Highway department."

"Couple Will Mark 56th Anniversary
Mr. and Mrs. Frank B. Dellinger will observe wedding day today at Wrightsville area home.
Wrightsville - Mr. and Mrs. Frank B. Dellinger will observe their 56th wedding anniversary today at their home, Wrightsville RD 1, near here.
Mr. and Mrs. Dellinger were married April 18. 1904, at Highmount. Mr. Dellinger, 75 is a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Dellinger and Mrs. Dellinger, 78, is a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Rode.
They are the parents of seven children - Mrs. Harvey Keller, Highmount; Mrs. Martha Scantling, here; Mrs. Ida Sharp, Seven Valleys RD 2; Mrs. William Stauffer, Hallam; Mrs. Laura Poole, Westminster, Md; Mrs. Albert Engelhart, York, and Harry Dellinger, this place. They also have 27 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren."

WRIGHTSVILLE, Feb. 10 - Frank B. Dellinger, 76, husband of Emma Jane Roth Dellinger, died at 5 p.m. yesterday at his home in Wrightsville, R.D. 1.
A retired employe of the Pennsylvania Highways Department, he was a son of the late Joseph and Anna Barshinger Dellinger. He belonged to Fairmount E.U.B. Church and Sunday School at Highmount.
Surviving, besides his widow, are seven children, Mrs. Harvey Keller, and Mrs. William Stauffer, both of Hellam R.D. 1; Mrs. Martha Scantling and Harry Dellinger, both of here; Mrs. Ida Sharp, at home; Mrs. Maurice Poole, Westminster, Md; Mrs. Albert Englehart, 503 Vander avenue, York; 27 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs. Clayton Crumling, Wrightsville R.D. 1 and Mrs. Mary Ward, this place.
The Rev. Jack Cassel, his pastor, will officiate at funeral services at 2 p.m. Monday at the Etzweiler Funeral Home here. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery."
