"Jacob Dellinger Dies
Near Long Level
Long Level, Feb. 4 - Jacob Dellinger, former road supervisor of Lower Windsor township and retired farmer, died unexpectedly at 5 o'clock this afternoon at he home, Wrightsville R.D. 1 near here. He was 80 years of age.
Death was due to a paralytic stroke suffered this morning. The deceased had been confined to his bed for some time with flu. He had been under the care of Dr. John Bealor, East Prospect.
The following survive: His wife, Mrs. Amelia Leiphart Dellinger, who is confined to her bed with pneumonia; these children, Mrs. Abraham Newcomer, Mrs. Simon Olewiler, George Dellinger, Mrs. William Graham and Mrs. William Burkheiser, all of Wrightsville R.D. 1 Mrs. Horace Carnes, and Mrs. Charles Olewiler, both of Craley; 13 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Ritz, Wrightsville, R.D. 1 and Mrs. Emma Dellinger, Brogueville, R.D. 1. Mr. Dellinger was a member of the Springville church.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the home of his son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Simon Olewiler, Wrightsville, R.D. 1. Interment will be made in the Craley cemetery. Funeral Director Furnance B. Olewiler, Red Lion, has charge of arrangements."

Long Level, Feb. 9 - Funeral services for Jacob Dellinger, who died Tuesday afternoon at his home, Wrightsville, R.D. 1, near this place, were conducted at 1:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon with all services at the home of his son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Simon Olewiler, Wrightsville, R.D. 1. Rev. J.F. Dauberman, pastor of Craley Evangelical charge, officiated. The pallbearers, all sons-in-law of the deceased, were: Simon Olewiler, William Graham, William Berkheiser, Charles Olewiler, Horace Carnes and Jacob Newcomer. Interment was made in Craley cemetery."
