Milford was born at
York Co., Pennsylvania, on 1 October 1853. He was the son of
John S. Dellinger and
Lucy Anna Thomas. He married
Rebecca Greenawalt on 15 October 1874. Milford was listed as the head of a family on the 1910 Census at
Lancaster Co., Pennsylvania. Milford died on 30 June 1950 at
York Co., Pennsylvania, at age 96. He was New Tag Obituary from a York newspaper:
"DELLINGER - On June 30th, 1950, at 2:30 a.m. at 120 Chestnut St., Wrightsville, Linville Dellinger, husband of the late Rebecca Dellinger, age 96 years, 8 months and 29 days.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services Monday July 3rd at 2 p.m., at the Etzweiler funeral home, Wrightsville. Interment in Fairview Cemetery.
Friends are invited to call at the Etzweiler Funeral Home Sunday evening from 7 to 9."

Wrightsville - Linville Dellinger, 96, husband of the late Rebecca Dellinger, died at 2:30 a.m. yesterday at his home, 120 Chestnut street.
Surviving are: A son, William Dellinger, Lancaster, and three sisters, Mrs. Laura Boyer, and Mrs. Lillian Markel, both of York, and Mrs. Frances Boyer, Chambersburg.
Mr. Dellinger was a member of the Pentacostal church, Wrightsville. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 2 p.m. at Etzweiler Funeral home, here. Rev. G. Hatchner, pastor of Pentacostal church, will officiate. Interment will be in the local Fairview cemetery."

Officiating was the Rev. George Hatchner of the Pentecostal Church, Wrightsville. Pallbearers were D.E. Horn, George Hess, Edwin Vogel, Steward Ness, John Bupp and William Dellinger. Interment was in Fairview Cemetery."
