Ray K. Dellinger was born on 13 October 1925 at
Conicville, Shenandoah Co., Virginia. He was the son of
Stanley Howard Dellinger and
Ervie Bowers. Ray K. Dellinger died on 8 April 1989 at
York Hospital, York, York Co., Pennsylvania, at age 63; Ray died of anemia. He was New Tag Obituary from the Monday 10 April 1989 York Dispatch:

Ray K. Dellinger of Dover died Saturday afternoon at York Hospital. Death was attributed to anemia. He was 63.
Mr. Dellinger retired in 1984 after 37 years with Mason Dixon Lines Inc. He was a member of the Calvary Lutheran Church, Dover.
He served as a corporal in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was awarded two bronze stars. He was a member of two American Legion posts - Shiloh No. 791 and Massanutten Post 2447, Edinburg, Va.
He was a member of the Yankee Club, Viking Athletic Club, 13th Ward Politcal Club, Teamsters Local 430 and the Retirees Club of Local 430.
He was born Oct. 13, 1925, in Conicville, Va., a son of Ervie Bowers Dellinger, Mount Jackson, Va., and the late H. Stanley Dellinger.
He leaves a wife, Mary Evelyn Spitzer Dellinger; a daughter, Marchelle L. Landis, Dover; a son, Stanley W. Dellinger, York; a brother, March O. Dellinger, Woodstock, Va; and a sister, Nancy Ellen Zirkle, Mount Jackson.
Viewing will be 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the Scott B. Emig Funeral Home, 47 N. Queen St., Dover.
The service will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Richard L. Ehrhart, his pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Suburban Memorial Gardens with military graveside services presented by the Shiloh American Legion Post.
