Robert was born at
Cloughwater, Co. Antrim, Ireland, in 1720. He was the son of
William Gaston and
Olivet Lemon. Robert Gaston immigrated; Immigrated to Pennsylvania from Ireland. He married
Margaret Logan at
Lancaster Co., Pennsylvania, on 24 August 1756. Robert Gaston was migration in 1767 at
South Carolina; Then moved to South Carolina in 1767. Later moved to Christian Co., Kentucky. Then moved to Illinois in 1808. Robert died on 9 May 1787 at
Lancaster Co., South Carolina. He was land contract on 12 February 1800 at
