She married John Bigham Moffett at Decatur, Macon Co., Illinois, on 18 December 1912. Alma died on 3 February 1972 at Decatur, Macon Co., Illinois, at age 80. Mrs. Alma Moffett Mrs. Alma Moffett, 82, of Decatur, died February 3, in her home. Friday in Dawson and Wikoff's Funeral Home with burial in the Salem Mrs. Mofett was born in Blue Mound, daughter of Erastus Logan and Edwards Jacobs. She was a member of the Harristown Christian Church, and married John in Harristown on Dec. 18, 1912. Survivors are daughters, Mrs. Nelson (Anna) Vaughan of Decatur; Mrs. (Sarah) Schmahl, Warrensburg; a son, Richard of Macon; seven two great-grandchildren. Casketbearers were Billy Moffett, Raymond Moffett, Walter Webb, and Spergon Lilly. Rev. Sanders was minister.. Her body was interred in February 1972 at Decatur, Macon Co., Illinois, at Salem Cemetery.
