     Susan Knaub was born on 22 December 1854. She was the daughter of John Knaub. She married Emanuel Dellinger at York Co., Pennsylvania, on 12 July 1881. Susan Knaub died on 30 April 1949 at Wrightsville, York Co., Pennsylvania, at age 94. She was New Tag Obituary from a York newspaper:

"DELLINGER - On April 30, 1949, at 6:45 p.m. at the residence of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Curvin Fake, Wrightsville, R.D. 1, near East Prospect, Susan Dellinger, age 94 years, 4 months and 8 days.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at the Purd A. Riedel Funeral home Dallastown on Wednesday, May 4 at 2 p.m. D.S.T. Interment in Mt. Zion cemetery.

Friends may call at the Riedel Funeral home Tuesday evening from 7 to 9."

From another obituary from a 2 May 1949 York newspaper:

"Mrs. Susan Dellinger, 94,
Dies Near East Prospect

East Prospect - Mrs. Susan Dellinger, died at 6:45 p.m. Saturday at the residence of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Curvin Fake, Wrightsville RD 1, near this place, in her 95th years. She had been ill for only a short time.

Survivors include Mrs. Fake, two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, two step-daughters, Mrs. Charles Leber, Yorkana, and Mrs. Fannie Luckenbaugh, Harrisburg, and two step-sons, Edward Dellinger, Hallam, and George Dellinger, Manchester.

Rev. Richard Shaffer, of Hallam, will conduct funeral services at the Purd A. Riedel Funeral home Dallastown, at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery."

On 2 May 1949 at York Co., Pennsylvania. She was buried on 4 May 1949 at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Springettsbury Twp., York Co., Pennsylvania; Funeral announcement for a May 5 1949 York newpaper:

East Prospect - Funeral services for Mrs. Susan Dellinger, who died Saturday at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Curvin Fake, Wrightsville RD 1, near here, were held yesterday afternoon from the Purd A. Riedel Funeral home, Dallastown.

Rev. Richard Sheffer, pastor of Kreutz Creek Reformed charge, officiated. Serving as pallbearers were, James, Jesse and George Knaub, Lloyd Lentz, Lavere Leibhart and Nathaniel Fake. Interment was in Mt. Zion Cemetery."

     William Knaub was born on 26 June 1852. He was the son of John Knaub. William Knaub married Mary Sipe. William Knaub died on 17 November 1934 at York Co., Pennsylvania, at age 82. He was New Tag Obituary from a 18 November 1934 York Co., Pennsylvania newspaper:

"WILLIAM KNAUB DIES
NEAR SEVEN VALLEYS

Seven Valleys, Nov. 18. - William Knaub, a retired farmer, died Saturday evening at 10:20 o'clock at the home of his son-in-law and daugther, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Lentz, near here. Death was caused by a complication of diseases, following a two year's illness. He was aged 82 years, four months and 21 days. Mr. Knaub was a native of Pleasureville and was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Knaub. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Mary Sipe Knaub, to whom he was married 59 years ago; three sons, Charles, Steelton; Jesse, Red Lion; and James, Dallastown; one daughter, Mrs. Lentz, with whom he and his wife reside; 16 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Susan Dellinger, Wrightsville R.D. The funeral will be held Tuesday with brief services at the Lentz residence at 1:30 p.m. and futher services at the Mt. Zion Union church. Rev. S.H. Culler, pastor of the Seven Valleys Lutheran charge, will officiate, assisted by Rev. Paul I. Kuntz, pastor of the Mt. Zion Reformed charge. Interment will take place in the cemetery adjoining the church. Funeral Director C.O. Gooding, this place, has charge of funeral arrangements."
