Mary Ellen Bahn died on 26 February 1934 at York Hospital, York, York Co., Pennsylvania. She was New Tag Obitaury from a 27 February 1934 York Co., Pennsylvania newspaper:

"Mrs. C. Elmer Sipe

Mrs. Mary Ellen Sipe, wife of C. Elmer Sipe, 804 Chestnut street, died at 8:35 o'clock last night at the York hospital, where she had been admitted earlier in the day as a medical patient. Since she had not been a patient at the institution for a period of twenty-for hours the death certicifate was issued by the coroner, Dr. L.U. Zech. Death was caused by a complication of diseases. Mrs. Sipe was forty-six years old.

Beside her husband, Mrs. Sipe is survived by two children, Llewellyn E. and Violet R. Sipe, and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Sadie A. Dellinger, Wilbert, Norman and Harris Bahn, and Mrs. David Hess, all of Hively's and Mrs. Alfred Hoover, of Starview.

The body was removed from the hospital by Henry Sleeger and Sons, funeral directors, 822 East Market street. The funeral arrangements have not been completed."

"Mrs. Alfred D. Hoover

Mrs. Minnie I. Hoover, wife of Alfred D. Hoover, 533 North Hartley street, died at 3:50 o'clock yesterday afternoon at the York hospital, where she had been a surgical patient since Monday. She was aged forty-six years, and had been employed at a local sillk mill the past six years. She was a member of Faith Reformed church and the Dorcas Bible class. Surviving, besides her husband are two children; Andrew F. Hoover, at home; Charles R. Kindig, York; two sisters, Mrs. Agnes Dellinger and Mrs. Daniel Hess, York R.D. 5, and three brothers, Norman Bahn, York R.D. 5; Horace Bahn, York R.D. 7, and Wilbert Bahn, York R.D. 5. The body was removed to the funeral home of Henry Sleeger and Sons to be prepared for burial. Services will be conducted Saturday afternoon at 1 o'clock at the late home, followed by concluding services at Faith Reformed church. Interment will be in Mount Zion cemetery."

Sadie Agnes Bahn died in March 1973 at East York, York Co., Pennsylvania, at age 87. She was buried in March 1973 at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Springettsbury Twp., York Co., Pennsylvania.
