Her body was interred at Chester Co., South Carolina. Frances was born at South Carolina on 22 August 1849. She was the daughter of A. Judson McCreary Dr. and Martha Jane Barkley. She married Thomas Peden on 17 November 1881. Frances died on 31 July 1941 at age 91.
