     Estella was born at Indiana on 24 July 1872. She was the daughter of James Alexander Strong and Jane Isabella Weir. Estella Jane Strong was From the March 29, 1889 Bloomington Telephone comes the following: Miss Stella Strong starts for Illinois this week, where she will teach a summer term of school.

From the June 4, 1889 Bloomington Telephone comes the following: Miss Stella Strong has returned from Illinois, where she has been teaching. She left her school unfinished on account of the mumps and measles.

Stella relocated to the west coast, probably with surviving brothers and sister. According to Margaret Lou Shigley Dellinger they first moved to Alberta, Canada then to Washington state before moving to California.

My mom at one time corresponded with Stella until her death. In March 1889 at Illinois. She married David T. Dixon. Estella died on 22 May 1951 at age 78.

Frances died on 5 March 1878 at Tipton Co., Tennessee, at age 33. Her body was interred in March 1878 at Salem, Tipton Co., Tennessee.
