"Mrs. Augustus Atland

Mrs. Annie M. Atland, wife of Augustus Atland, died at 1:45 o'clock yesterday afternoon at her home, 38 West Walnut street, Marietta. The deceased was fifty-four years of age. Her death was due to a complication of diseases. Surviving besides her husband are these children: Mrs. Fannie Dellinger, Kinderhook; Mrs. Mary Shiflet, near Royerstown, Pa; Charles Atland, Columbia and Alfred and and Edward Atland, at home. A sister, Mrs. Ida Markley, Elizabethtown; two step sisters, Mrs. Emma Covers, Steeltor and Miss Elva Mallen, Philadelphia; nine grandchildren, and a number of distant relatives in York Co. also survive. The deceased was a member of the United Evangelical church of Kinderhook. The funeral will be held Sunday, with services at 2 p.m. at the John L. Frey funeral home, Marietta. Interment will be in Marietta cemetery."
