; Joshus'a will was dated 24 Nov. 1728 and proved 11 Dec. 1728. It provides for his wife Margaret and authorizes executors to make title to land sole to Lewellin Parry and provides for a possible unborn child. The remainder was to his sisters, Mary and Hannah, and brother Peter Worrall, sister Mary Bromfield and brothers John and Thomas Bromfield. Executors: David and Jonathan Morris. Witnesses: James Dicken, Thomas Worrilor, Joseph Hawley.
