Summary


This is the last Will and Testament of me John Pollard of Tingewick in the County of Bucks Yeoman made the ninth Day of March in the Year One thousand eight hundred and fifty two. I give Devise and Bequeath all such Freehold and Copyhold Estate (if any) as I have at my Disposal and also all my personal Estate (subject to the Payment of my just Debts ad funeral and testamentary Expenses) in equal three Parts or Shares as follows, that is to say, one equal third Part thereof unto my Son William Pollard his Heirs Grantees Administrators & assigns. One other equal third Part therof unto my Daughter Caroline Pollard her Heirs Grantees Administrator and Assigns and the other equal third Part thereof unto my said Son William Pollard his Heirs Grantees Administrator and Assigns Upon Trust for such Person or Persons and in such manner and form (whether by Sale Mortgage Devise Bequest or other Disposal thereof) as my Daughter Ann the Wife of Thomas Mee shall (notwithstanding Cov..t.. by her present or any future Husband and as though she were sole) at any time or times by any Deed or Deeds in Writing by her Last Will and Testament in Writing or any Codicil ---- d--- ---- appoint give Devise or bequeath the same and in Default of or subject to any Exercise of such Powers and in the mean time until the same Upon Trust for my said Daughter Ann Mees (as her separate Estate and Property independent and exclusive of her said present or any future Husband and for her Heir Executor Administrator and Assign And I appoint my said Son William Pollard sole Executor of this my Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand on the Day and Year before written

Signed by the Testator William Pollard and declared to be his Will in the Presence of us who being present a the same time have in his Presence and the Presence of each other susbscribed our Names as Witnesses, at his Request John Pollard
