This photograph was captioned "Dick Graves" in an album of carte-de-visite which probably belonged to Lily Matilda Floyd nee Steeden (1879-1958). I do not have a 'match' for him on my Tingewick database, but the photo was taken by Leonard Varney of Bridge Street, Buckingham, probably around the same time as that of Miss Evie Lever as the backing card has the same advertising message. |
