is one of a large clan of Caporn descendants in Australia.
She is the 3g-g'dau of Joshua Caporn (1742-1820/4) who was a farmer and nonconformist minister in Tingewick around 1798. His son Samuel (1794-1868) migrated to Western Australia in 1842.
