and the 2g-grandson of
Charles Greaves (b. 1828 at Evenley, Northamptonshire) who married Mary A.(b. abt 1834 at Oxford) - Charles was a gardener in Cowley, Oxford in 1881
AND
John G. Whenman (b. abt 1845 at Hampton Wick, Middlesex) who married Anna M. (b. abt 1844 at Hackney, Middlesex) - John was an iron merchant in 1881
and the g-grandson of
Henry Greaves (b. abt 1859) and his second wife Ethel Wyon Whenman (b. abt 1880 in Isleworth, Middlesex) - Henry was a "record searcher for the GRO" in 1901!
