Clauses:

  1. To wife Sarah Stockley Leasehold 'Close of Pasture Ground call'd Elmley Wood' in the Parish of Buckingham, to pass to his nephew Wm Stockley on her death, also all household goods & furniture.
  2. To nephew William Stockley: 'one Quartern of a Yard Land' purchased of James Markham & 'half Yard Land' purchased of Thos Spratley (both in Tingewick) and any other 'real Estate Whatsoever': also residue, including all his ready money, animals, farm implements etc: also appointed Executor

Signed with an X mark in the presence of Edwd Horwood, John Risley and John Toppin

Note: Thomas did not leave any land or house in Tingewick to his wife Sarah. At Inclosure (1774) she was awarded a substantial piece of land which she later left to Thomas' nephew William, above - presumably she owned this already in her own right?
