Will of David Tinling

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me David Tinling of Chatfords’ Buildings in the Parish of Saint Paul Deptford in the County of Kent Butcher in manner following that is to say I give devise & bequeath unto my dear Wife Elizabeth Tinling all my real & personal Estate of what nature & kind soever & whatsoever the same shall ___ consist of at the time of my decease to hold the same unto my said Wife Elizabeth Tinling her heirs Execs admons and assignees (?) for ever and I hereby nominate and appoint my said Wife Elizabeth Tinling whole & sole Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking & making void all former & other wills by me at any time heretofore made & I do hereby declare this to be & contain my last Will & Testament In Witness whereof I the said Testator David Tinling unto this my last Will & Testament have set my hand & seal this 8th day of December 1809 – David Tinling Signed sealed published & declared by the Testator David Tinling as & for his last Will & Testament who at his request & in his presence & in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto – The mark of Mary Buckland X  No. 15 Chatfords Buildings – James Buckland  No. 15 Chatford Buildings – Henry Karinock  Clk to Mr. (?) Parroll Solr (?) Deptford Scout (?)

 

Proved at London 8th Jany 1810 before the worshipful Charles Goofe (?) Doctor of laws & Surrogate by the oath of Elizabeth Tinling Widow the relict & sole Extrix to whom admon was granted being sworn duly to Exd. Admret (?)
