24th. August 1799

Samuel Baron

 

I Samuel Baron of Horsepasture in Walsden in Hundersfield make this my last will and testament.

I give unto my son John and my daughter £5 each towards their education, to be paid to them if they laid out so much in learning before they arrive at 21, and if they do not, it is my will that it becomes part of the residue of my estate.

I give all the residue of my estate unto my children, Mary, the wife of Richard Hollows, Sally, John and Martha, equally amongst them when the youngest arrive at 21.
