All
just debts, funeral expenses and reasonable wages of my executors
about the probate of this my last will out of my whole estate.
All
my wearing apparel to my three sisters Mary Sutcliff, Hannah Wilson
and Susannah Sutcliff equally.
Any
articles of household furniture to be converted into money and added
to my other monies.
To
William Greenwood and Thomas Greenwood grandchildren of my late
sister Betty Ogden £10 betwixt them to be paid unto the hands
of James Ogden their grandfather for their use at the end of 12
months after my decease.
The
residue into 7 equal parts.

shares to my 2 brothers and 3 sisters - John Sutcliff of Causey;
William Sutcliff of Millwood; Mary wife of Robert Sutcliff; Hannah
wife of John Wilson; and Susannah Sutcliff spinster at the end of
12 months - if any be dead then to their children.
The
sixth part to William Holden and Thomas Holden sons of my late sister
Grace Holden equally when they are 21 with such interest as accrues
- if one dies to their lawful issue and if no issue to their survivor.
The
seventh part to John Halstead and Thomas Halstead sons of my late
sister Susan Halstead at the end of 12 months - if one dies to their
lawful issue and if no issue to their survivor.
Executors;
my brother William Sutcliff of Millwood in Stansfield cotton manufacturer;
and John Helliwell of Greenhursthey yeoman.
